Diana and Aleksandar met in early 2016 and began to practice intensively by combining their skills - hula hoop, juggling and partner acrobatics. From the autumn of that same year they were leading a regular course of acroyoga and acrobalance in performance hall of DZIU Medika in Zagreb. They are continually working on improving and perfecting their skills. Their goals are to promote circus arts through the activities of creating performances, leading workshops, organizing events and making projects in collaboration with other associations.
WORKSHOP RIVER HOOP 2019: Acroyoga and Acrobalans workshop These disciplines will entertain you, but also give you strenght, a good stretch, turn you upside down, spin and enchant. Acroyoga is a combination of acrobatic with yoga elements while acrobalance is a combination of standing and lying static positions, and support in dynamic acrobatic elements. For the proper performance in acro, it is necessary to simultaneously awaken the various parts of the body, while strengthening different muscle groups, achieving greater stamina, flexibility and coordination. But perhaps the most important thing, acro provokes a sense of self-confidence, connectivity and mutual understanding between a 'base' and a 'flyer'. You don't have to come in pair and it's intended for everyone regardless of physical condition, strength, flexibility and other physical predispositions. Diana in Aleksandar sta se spoznala na začetku leta 2016. Takrat sta začela intenzivno vaditi skupaj in kombinirati svoje veščine - hula hoop, žongliranje in partnersko akrobatiko. Od jeseni istega leta sta že redno vodila tečaje akrojoge in akrobalansa v DZIU Medika v Zagrebu. Kontinuirano delata na razvijanju in izpopolnjevanju svojih veščin. Njun cilj je promoviranje cirkuške umetnosti skozi aktivnosti ustvarjanja predstav, vodenja delavnic, organizaciji dogodkov in izvedbi projektov v sodelovanju z drugimi skupnostmi.
DELAVNICA RIVER HOOP 2019: Akrojoga in Akrobalans Disciplina, s katero vas bomo zabavali, pa tudi okrepili, razgibali, obrnili na glavo, zavrteli in očarali. Akrojoga je skupek akrobatskih elementov z elementi joge, akrobalans pa je kombinacija stoječih in ležečih statičnih položajev, ter podpora za dinamične elemente akrobatike, kot so stoje in premeti. Za pravilno izvajanje figur je potrebno istočasno ozavestiti razne dele telesa, s tem krepimo razne skupine mišic, pridobimo na vzdržljivosti, fleksibilnosti in koordinaciji. Kar je najbrž še bolj pomembno, ta disciplina vam daje samozavest, spodbuja povezanost in medsebojno razumevanje. Na delavnico ni treba priti v paru, namenjena pa je vsem, ne glede na fizično kondicijo, moč, fleksibilnost in ostale fizične predispozicije. Sestavljena je iz ogrevanja, aktivnega dela, raztezanja in sproščanja. |
